Fueling your body with both healthy, whole foods, but also good vitamins and minerals are essential. There are a few staples that I use every day in order to keep my health on track. Let’s face it, in today’s market, it is hard to get every health source we need from our foods.
Those are the essentials that are beneficial for a human that is non-active to very active. Below are some added essentials for me as a powerlifter and active person. My body takes a toll on the training regimen that I am on so I make it a point to pay extra attention to my muscles.
I hope you learned a thing or two on what and why these are essentials and could be staples in your life. At the very least, please, please, please, take a multivitamin. Your body will thank you.
