I’m pretty sure we can all agree that breakfast is the most popular set of foods that is acceptable to eat any time of the day. I love breakfast in the morning, afternoon, evening and snack. I haven’t met a breakfast food I didn’t like, even on Whole30.
As the weather gets colder, the worse my rosacea gets and the more self-conscious I am about it. However, this fall, I found some really good make-up favorites that have become my confidence booster!
With commuting back and forth an hour for my job most recently, I have gathered quite a few audible books that I have listened to. It has been a while since I have talked about them, so let’s dig in!
Sometimes when I look back on these short three years, I realize that there was a lot of that time that I was not living on purpose or living my best life.
There are few things that I can eat over and over for lunches. Back in the day, when I would meal prep, three days was all I could get before I was scouring the cupboards for something else because I was so bored with the same food over and over. The only reason why I continued to keep the same foods in rotation is because I knew that I could hit my macros for the day and I didn’t have to think about it. But, week after week, I would find myself on day four hating my life because I was sick of eating the same thing.
