With fall and the new school year, brings a different set of goals. Since I am in the mid-west, we are now on the race to finish up loose ends and complete projects before winter comes. Let’s talk about what my goals are for September.
Goal #1: Stick to the morning and evening routine. I usually have a really great routine plan of action, especially when school comes. Like everyone else, I tend to get lazy about them, but I have created a plan to keep me on track. Getting up early is my key to success. Also, spending some time in the morning with me to create a positive frame of mind helps me and my family in the long run.
Goal #2: Track it all. Over the summer, I have gotten really lazy about tracking my food and water. Hence, my 40 pound weight gain. Yes, you read that right. I am determined to have that be no more. I haven’t quite figured out if I am going to get back on the powerlifting horse or not but I do know that I am going to do things that are good for my soul.
Goal #3: Get my socials up and running for my new adventure. Naturally, I am going to keep this vague but I have a new adventure I am embarking on, and I can’t wait to share it with you. As if I needed to add one more thing to my list, right?
Sticking to choosing three goals has definitely helped me. I am excited to get back into a routine that is normal for our family. I am equally as excited to see what this month brings me!
