It is contagious and if you think you are looking weird, you’re doing it right.
Wake Up Earlier.
Getting things accomplished before everyone else rises, is productive and fulfilling.
Go To The Market.
Strolling the farmer’s market on a Saturday rather than the hustle of the grocery store is much more beneficial.
Allow yourself to put on paper the tasks that need attention and the goals that need to be reached.
Find The Silver Lining.
Seek out the positives of the negative situations. It will allow you to breathe and see clearly.
Give More Hugs.
Hugs are life. Hugs are love.
Play Catch up with Coffee.
Take your friends you need to catch up with on a coffee date. Coffee and Life? What could be better?
De-Clutter Your Closet.
Donate those things you haven’t worn in 6 months or more.
Save Your Own Self.
Be your own hero. Depend on you. Because in the end, you are all you have.
Pick up an extra magazine, an extra book and allow yourself to fall into a story.
This includes friends, family, jobs, clutter, paper, past loves and anything that clouds your positive energy.
Send More Snail Mail.
Grandma still loves getting a card in the mail, and so does your bestie. Send more of those. Technology isn’t always the best way to tell everyone you are thinking of them.
If it scares the hell out of you, do it. Dive face first and figure it out as you go.
Take a trip by yourself. You will thank me later.
Love is an emotion. It is not a tangible thing you can give, but rather how you make others and you feel.
Be More Active.
Ride your bike, run, lift weights, yoga or ANYTHING that moves your BODY.
