I haven’t done current blog obsessions in a while. To be honest, I haven’t really had the time to do much reading, let alone surf blogs these past couple months. Nevertheless, I always seem to stumble upon a few:
merrick’s art is a stunning blog that captures so many amazing pieces that she has sewn herself (some with tutorials included) and everyday fashion that is absolutely lovely. There are so many great areas of her blog that leave you waiting for her next post. I definitely recommend following her.
City Farmhouse is a plethora of great DIY projects and thrifty decorating tips. Yes, this farmhouse craving is still happening so she provides a great space for me to collect affordable ideas and turn them into solid projects.
The Willow Farmhouse has a home tour tab, which I HIGHLY recommend. Her home is absolutely stunning. This blog also just does the farmhouse feel for me and makes me crave it every time she posts.
Gretchen Rubin is not so much a blog I follow but a website that is worth a mention. She is a New York Times Best seller and you may know her from her book, “The Happiness Project”, along with many others. She focuses on habit and happiness. Gretchen and this website has been a staple in my growth this past year. I would highly recommend diving into creating your own happiness project on her website and listening to her podcasts.
I always find something to keep my mind awake at night. I have figured out that farmhouse blogs are out of the question during bed time. They just get me too excited and my mind working with ideas. So, read on carefully!
